Although originally from Lawrence, Kansas, my family and I have lived in Arkansas since I was eight. Along with my two older brothers Bryan, 26, and Chris, 23, I attended Lakeside High School. My brothers were very active in athletics and I danced on the “Goldduster” Dance Team. My parents, David and Patty, presently live in Hot Springs where my father works for Farmers Insurance as a District Manager and my mother owns her own dance studio, Dance City. I am currently a student at the University of Central Arkansas, where I’m studying Dietetics. After graduating, I will continue with graduate school so that I can become a Registered Dietician. I plan to work with families, concentrating on helping children to begin healthy eating habits.

I spend my time at UCA attending classes, school functions, practicing with the dance team, and speaking to children and adults about my platform. We recently competed in the Universal Dance Association National Competition, placing 7^th in the nation. It was our first year to compete, and I couldn’t be more excited!
